          Breakfast 8.00am-8.30am – Get the day off to a good start with hot chocolate, croissants, porridge, filled warm breakfast baps, yoghurts, fresh fruit and juices.

          Break 11.15am-12.00pm - A popular service for those either looking for a late morning refuel, those who have an extracurricular activity during lunchtime, or prefer an early lunch. Our daily offer will promote healthy eating whilst concentrating on snacks with high street appeal, such as panini, subs, hot chicken wraps, soup and bakery items, or chill out with a cool tasty choice of sandwiches, filled rolls, baguettes, wraps, boxed salads, fresh fruit, fruit salads, yoghurts, milkshakes, fruit juices and waters. The emphasis on 'Grab and Go' style products keeps the queue flowing, ensuring all students get served.

          Junior Department Lunch is between 12.40pm and 1.00pm

          Hot Lunch – 1.00pm-2.15pm - All food is freshly prepared and presented to appeal to all. Choose from traditional roast meats and fish and chips or something more lively, such as green Thai chicken with sticky jasmine rice or herby falafel salad wrap with a yoghurt & mint dressing. There are meat and vegetarian options every day along with a satisfying hot pudding and custard. Any vegetarian and Halal products are clearly marked at the service points.


          The Menu Cycle is balanced nutritionally on a weekly basis; it runs in a four week cycle and is changed twice a year to adjust to seasonal produce and customer preference. All the food products used in school meals are monitored to ensure they meet the Food Standards Agency's nutritional standards.

          We use local suppliers who source from local growers to support our local community and cut down on food miles.  Use of wrapping and disposables is kept to a minimum and recyclable materials are used where possible.

          Special diets are a very important part of our catering provision and are given attention to ensure that the needs of each individual can be met. All meals are listed for the 14 key allergens, such as gluten, egg, nuts, milk and soya.   


          • Meal Deals - These are available to provide a complete meal choice (set at the Free School Meal allowance of £2.70), Posters are displayed and info on School website.
          • Specials – Are available daily, weekly, monthly and seasonally. Watch out for posters, screen & email updates… Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Fairtrade Fortnight, Summer.
